Regular First Appeal has been filed on behalf of the Appellants against the judgment dated 22.05.2023 of learned ADJ whereby the Suit of Possession and Recovery of Rs.3,50,000/- and for Mesne Profits and Declaration against the Respondent in Suit Old No. 57/2011 and New No. 1309/2026, has been decreed.

The Appellant No. 4-Sheetal has appeared in person and submits that the Appellants are not inclined to pursue the Appeal as they have been advised by the Legal Aid Counsel that there is no merit in their case. 3.

The perusal of the Appeal shows that it was filed under the signature of the Counsel and is supported by an Affidavit of Appellant No. 1Hinglash, which only has thumb impression. 4.

The Appellant No. 4-Sheetal submits that it is only she who has been pursuing the Appeal and does not want to pursue the Appeal.
