The Labour Court Awards impugned in the present writ petitions were passed against a company while the petitions have been filed by an individual, who claims to have ceased to be Director of the said company. After addressing partly, learned counsel for petitioners seeks a pass-over to obtain instructions of his client as to whether these petitions be withdrawn with liberty to approach the Trial Court.
