A Petition under Article 227 Constitution of India read with Section 528 of the Bhartiya Nagrik Suraksha Sanhita, 2023 has been filed on behalf of the Petitioner seeking directions to set aside the Orders dated 26.09.2019 of learned MM-04 (NI Act) and Order dated 31.07.2024 passed by learned JMFAC (NI ACT)-07, South District in CT Case No.462524/2016. 4.

After some arguments learned counsel for the Petitioner seeks permission to withdraw the present Petition.

In view of the submissions made, the present Petition is permitted to be withdrawn and stands disposed of along with the pending Applications.
