The present petition has been filed seeking quashing of the rejection order dated 01.09.2025 and for issuance of directions to release the petitioner on first spell of furlough for a period of three weeks in connection case FIR No. 90/2001, registered at PS Model Town for the offences punishable under Section 376 of the Indian Penal Code, 1860. 2.
Pursuant to the order dated 24.09.2025, a status report has been filed, which indicates that the overall conduct of the petitioner during his previous spells of parole and furlough has been found to be unsatisfactory. 3.
Para 5 of the said status report records as under:
5. The overall jail conduct of the said convict is Unsatisfactory in view of that the said convict surrender himself late twice from emergency parole and furlough i.e. 09 days late and 05 months 18 days late respectively. 4.
