% 11.11.2024 Learned counsel appearing for the respondents draws our attention to W.P.(C) 10461/2024, which had been preferred by the writ petitioner and which still remains pending on our board. In view of the aforesaid, we dispose of the present writ petition by according liberty to the petitioner to move an appropriate amendment application in the pending writ petition, if it chooses to assail the validity of the final order dated 29 August 2024 which has come to be passed in the meanwhile.

Subject to that liberty being reserved, the petition shall stand disposed of.
