An Application under Section 483 BNSS read with Section 528 of the Bhartiya Nagrik Suraksha Sanhita, 2023 has been filed on behalf of the Petitioner in case FIR No.132/2025 under Section 22/29 NDPS Act registered at Police Station Crime Branch, on the ground that an Anticipatory Bail has been granted to the co-accused. 2.
Learned counsel for the Petitioner submits that he may be permitted to withdraw the Bail Application with liberty to file the Application afresh before the learned Trial Court in view of the changed circumstances of coaccused having been granted Bail. 3.
In view of the submissions made, the Bail Application is permitted to be withdrawn with liberty as prayed for.

The Bail Application stands disposed of along with the pending Application(s).
