Heard the learned counsel for the parties.

For redressal of the grievances made in this writ petition, petitioner appears to have represented to certain authorities vide an e-mail communication dated 09.09.2025, which has been enclosed as Annexure P/3 to the writ petition. The assertion made in the petition is in respect of certain illegal encroachments and constructions. Since the petitioner has represented the authorities only on 09.09.2025 and he has rushed to the Court without giving adequate and reasonable time to the authorities to act upon the said representation, we are not inclined to entertain this petition at this stage, which The authenticity of the order can be re-verified from Delhi High Court Order Portal by scanning the QR code shown above. stands disposed of with the liberty to the petitioner to approach the appropriate authorities seeking redressal of his grievances within ten days from today and in case the petitioner represents the appropriate authorities, the action which may be warranted under law shall also be taken for stopping the alleged illegal encroachments and constructions.
