After hearing arguments for some time, learned counsel for the petitioner, without prejudice to his rights and contentions, does not press the present petition at this stage. He submits that he would raise all the contentions before the learned Trial Court at the time of arguments on charge. He, however, submits that he may be given liberty to approach this Court again, after the ascertainment of charges, if any. 2.

Learned Addl. P.P. for the State, on instructions, also submits that communication has been received from FSL, Hyderabad and report with respect to the contraband in question would be obtained and would be submitted before the learned Trial Court, well in advance. 3.

The next date before the learned Trial Court is stated to be 03.03.2026. 4.

In view of the above, the present application is disposed of as not pressed. Liberty, as prayed, is granted.

All rights and contentions of the petitioner are left open. 6.

Petitioner is in custody since 21.11.2024 and keeping in mind the abovesaid incarceration period, the learned Trial Court is requested to expedite the ascertainment of charges, preferably, within a period of eight weeks from the date it takes up the matter.

Needless to say, requisite assistance and cooperation would be provided by prosecution as well as defence to learned Trial Court to achieve the abovesaid timeline.
