The application being CM APPL. 23034/2025 has been filed on behalf of Allahabad Bank seeking withdrawal of W.P.(C) 9065/2005. The authenticity of the order can be re-verified from Delhi High Court Order Portal by scanning the QR code shown above.

In view of settlement between the parties, the outstanding amounts payable to the New Delhi Municipal Counsel ("NDMC") up to 30th March, 2025, have been paid by Allahabad Bank.

Further, the NDMC has also issued a No Dues Certificate in this respect.

It is further submitted that the erstwhile Allahabad Bank has now merged with the Indian Bank.

By way of the present application, it is submitted that on 27th March 2025, the Allahabad Bank by way of a demand draft bearing no.532578, has deposited the entire amount of Rs. 1,74,56,426/-, in favor of the Secretary NDMC, New Delhi. Thus, learned counsel appearing for Allahabad Bank submits that Allahabad Bank seeks to withdraw the petition, i.e., W.P.(C) 9065/2005.

Accordingly, W.P.(C) 9065/2005, along with pending application, is dismissed as withdrawn.

This application has been filed on behalf of Allahabad Bank for disposal of the W.P.(C) 21502/2005, which has been filed by NDMC. 8.
It is submitted that No Dues Certificate has already been issued by NDMC, as the Allahabad Bank has already deposited the requisite amount. 9.
Learned counsel appearing for the NDMC, on instructions, accepts the aforesaid submission made on behalf of Allahabad Bank. 10.
She however submits that there is no settlement, as such. 11.
She submits that the assessment made by the NDMC, has been accepted by the Allahabad Bank, and all the amounts as demanded by NDMC, have been paid by the Allahabad Bank.

She further submits that there is no outstanding dues, which are payable by the Allahabad Bank, to the NDMC.
