The solitary grievance which is raised in the writ petition is of a failure on the part of the respondents to dispose of the application which seeks cancellation of the Goods & Services Tax registration held by the writ petitioner.

Mr. Aggarwal, learned counsel appearing for the respondent states that subject to due verification of all facts and contentions on merits being kept open, the said application shall be duly examined and disposed of in accordance with law and preferably within a period of four weeks from today. The statement so made is recorded and accepted.
