The present application has been filed on behalf of the applicant/petitioner seeking modification/rectification of order dated 20.11.2025.

Ms. Vishesh Wadhwa, learned counsel appearing on behalf of the applicant/petitioner submits that on 20.11.2025, this Court had directed for the release of petitioner for a period of four weeks on parole from the date of his release. However, the order dated 20.11.2025 inadvertently mentions the said period as three weeks.

Issue notice.

Mr. Yasir Rauf Ansari, learned ASC for the State accepts notice. On being queried by the Court, he fairly states that the Court had directed for The authenticity of the order can be re-verified from Delhi High Court Order Portal by scanning the QR code shown above. grant of parole for a period of four weeks.

In view of the above, Para 8 and 9 of the order dated 20.11.2025 are corrected to read as under:

"8. Accordingly, the petition is allowed. Consequently, order of the competent authority dated 01.10.2025 rejecting the application of the petitioner seeking parole, is set aside, and the petitioner is directed to be released on parole for a period of four weeks from the date of release subject to the petitioner furnishing a personal bond in the sum of Rs. 10,000/-with the one surety bond of the like amount to the satisfaction of the jail superintendent, further subject to the following conditions:- (a) The petitioner shall not leave NCR region without informing the Jail Authorities concerned; and (b) The petitioner shall provide his mobile number with the Jail Authorities concerned which shall be kept in working condition at all times.

9. Upon expiry of period of four weeks as stated above, the petitioner shall surrender before the Jail Superintendent." 6.

The application stands disposed of.

A copy of this order to be forwarded to Jail Superintendent for information and necessary compliance.
