The limited grievance of the petitioner in the present petition is that the petitioner's request for resigning from the service has not been considered by the respondents and is pending since 18.06.2024. 2.

We dispose of this petition by directing the respondents to consider the request of the petitioner and pass a speaking order thereon within a period of eight weeks from the receipt of a copy of this order.

In case, the petitioner is aggrieved by the said order, it shall be open to the petitioner to challenge the same in accordance with law. 4.

The petition and the pending is disposed of in the above terms. 5.
