After some hearing, the petitioner confines to seeking that the "Login credentials for net banking, GST and TDS" in respect of the concerned firm be provided to the petitioner as directed vide paragraph-2(ii) of the order dated 15.09.2025, passed by this Court in O.M.P.(I)(COMM.) 378/2025. 2.

Learned senior counsel for the respondents submits that the said login credentials have already been made available to the petitioner. 3.

Be that as it may, it is agreed that another copy of the same shall be provided to the petitioner in a sealed envelope. The same shall be delivered to the petitioner at his residence tomorrow i.e., 16.04.2026 at 04.00 PM by a duly authorized representative of the respondent/s. 4.

It is agreed that the login credentials shall not be changed and the petitioner's continued online access shall be facilitated as and when required by the petitioner.
