The present petition has been filed on behalf of the petitioner alleging willful disobedience and non-compliance by the respondent of the settlement agreement dated 29.01.2025, by not making balance payment of Rs. 1 lakhs at the time of quashing of the FIR bearing no. 347/2021, registered at P.S. Chandni mahal for the offences under Sections 498A/406/34 of the Indian Penal Code, 1860..

Learned counsel appearing on behalf of the respondent submits that CRL.M.C. 8470/2025, seeking quashing of the aforesaid FIR, has been filed before learned Coordinate Bench of this Court, and notice to the petitioner has been issued through Investigating Officer. Court today and is taken on record. The said order records that respondent had already drawn a demand draft of Rs. 1,00,000/- in favour of the petitioner. 4.

In view of the above, the present petition is disposed of with directions that the respondent shall continue to abide with the conditions of settlement agreement and the petitioner shall appear before the concerned learned Single Judge on 06.01.2026 for further proceedings.
