The only grievance of the petitioner is that his representation dated 23.1.2018 has not been disposed of. It appears that the petitioner attempted to appear in the matter along with his client before the concerned officer in the Foreigner Regional Registration Office (FRRO). The petitioner avers that he was denied entry into the FRRO, and thus, was unable to represent his client. The representation, to which I have alluded to above, broadly, sets out this very grievance of the petitioner.

Accordingly, the writ petition is disposed of with a direction to

the respondent to decide the representation preferred by the petitioner. The respondent will pass a speaking order. A copy of the order will be furnished to the petitioner.
