The present petition assails the action of freezing of the petitioner company's bank accounts, bearing Account Nos. 10219502498 and 10156754149, at the behest of respondent no.2/ Directorate of Enforcement. 2.

Learned counsel for Directorate of Enforcement submits that even prior to filing of the present petition, instructions had already been issued by the said respondent for de-freezing the aforementioned accounts. It is pointed out that the respondent no.3/ concerned bank, has also confirmed that the bank accounts in question are no longer frozen. 3.

As such, the grievance of the petitioner already stands redressed. 4.

In the circumstances, the petitioner seeks to withdraw the present petition. The same is consequently, dismissed as withdrawn.
