After some arguments, learned counsels for the parties as well as respondent No.3, who is present in-person, jointly pray that in light of the order passed on 23.10.2024, arbitral proceedings have been stayed and submit that they have no objection if the mandate of the Sole Arbitrator Dr. T. Philip Thanglienmang is terminated.

Learned counsel appearing for the respondent Nos.1 and 2 submits that in terms of Section 84 of the Multi State Cooperative Society Act, respondent No.1 will nominate a Sole Arbitrator within a period of two weeks from today.
