In these batch of matters, notice was issued by this Court and Mr. Ajay Kumar Singh, learned counsel appearing on behalf of respondent/PCI had sought time to seek instructions.

He has returned with instructions to the effect that all the petitioner colleges in the present batch of matters can furnish an affidavit stating that they will fulfill all the requirements as per the Regulations. 3.

He submits that once such an affidavit is furnished by the petitioner colleges, their cases will be considered afresh by the Executive Committee in its meeting scheduled to be held on 26.09.2025. 4.

Learned counsels appearing on behalf of petitioner colleges are agreeable to the aforesaid submission made by Mr. Singh. 5.

upload their respective affidavits giving an undertaking that they will comply with the Regulations and simultaneously send a copy of the said affidavits through e-mail to the Registrar of respondent/PCI. 6.

In the event, such affidavits are submitted by petitioner colleges, the respondent/PCI in its meeting of Executive Committee, scheduled to be held on 26.09.2025, shall consider their cases afresh and communicate the decision to petitioner colleges.

The petitions along with pending applications, are disposed of in the aforesaid terms.
