O R D E R

The present application is filed seeking interim bail in FIR No. 284/2024 dated 06.12.2024 for offences under Sections 20/29 of the Narcotic Drugs and Psychotropic Substances Act, 1985 registered at Police Station Hazarat Nizamuddin, on the ground that the surgery of the two-year old child of the applicant is fixed for 27.09.2025.

The State has verified that the surgery of the two-year child of the applicant is to be conducted on 27.09.2025. 3.

It is, however, pointed out that the aforesaid surgery is minor and the patient is likely to be discharged in 1-2 days of the surgery.

Considering the above, the present application is allowed and the applicant is admitted on interim bail for a period of one week, if not in custody in any other case, on furnishing a personal bond for a sum of ₹20,000/- with one surety of the like The authenticity of the order can be re-verified from Delhi High Court Order Portal by scanning the QR code shown above. amount, subject to the satisfaction of the concerned Jail Superintendent, on the following conditions:

a. The applicant shall not directly or indirectly make any inducement, threat or promise to any person acquainted with the facts of the case or tamper with the evidence of the case, in any manner whatsoever; b. The applicant shall, upon her release, provide the address where she would be residing after the release and shall not change the address without informing the concerned IO/ SHO;

c. The applicant shall, upon her release, give her mobile number to the concerned IO/SHO and shall keep her mobile phone switched on at all times;

d. The applicant shall not leave the boundaries of the country without informing the concerned IO/SHO. 5.

Considering that the surgery is to be conducted on 27.09.2025, the Jail Superintendent is directed to expedite release of the applicant.

The applicant is directed to surrender before the concerned Jail Superintendent on or before 03.10.2025.

The present bail application is allowed in the aforesaid terms.
