Counsel for the Petitioner acknowledges that presently the DNA report as well as FSL report of the CCTV footage, which was directed to be analysed by the Trial Court, is still awaited. After making some submissions for some time, he states that he would like to withdraw the present petition and seeks liberty to urge all the grounds raised including that on lack of supply of the grounds of arrest before the Trial Court at a later stage. 2.

It is clarified that, as and when the FSL report of the CCTV footage as well DNA report is received, the Applicant shall be entitled to renew his request by applying afresh before the Sessions Court. 4.

entitled to raise the ground of the lack of supply of grounds of arrest as a ground for seeking bail. Such grounds shall be analysed by the Trial Court on its own merits in accordance with law.

Considering the fact that the reports are pending with FSL for substantial period of time, direction is issued to expedite the same. The concerned ACP shall follow up with FSL for the said reports. 6.
All rights and contentions of the parties are left open. The Court has not commented on the merits of the case.
