The present application is filed seeking pre-arrest bail in FIR No. 1227/2018 dated 08.12.2018, registered at Police Station Aman Vihar, for offences under Sections 380/448 of the Indian Penal Code, 1860.

None appears for the applicant.

It is pointed out that the bail application filed by the applicant was dismissed recently by order dated 30.09.2024 passed by this Court in BAIL APPLN. 2309/2024, noting that the applicant has not made out a prima facie case for the grant of pre-arrest bail.

No reason has been pleaded to establish any change in circumstances. The pleadings also do not disclose the dismissal of the previous bail application preferred by the applicant. 5.

The application is an abuse of the process of law and is, therefore, dismissed.
