The petitioner is seeking initiation of the contempt proceedings for allegedly committing willful disobedience of the directions contained in the order dated 22.03.2024 passed by this Court in W.P.(C) No.4422/2024.

Learned counsel for the respondent is present on advance notice.

In a nutshell, the petitioner was aggrieved of the illegal carving of a colony on Government agriculture land bearing Khasra No.36/14 & 36/18 in Village Rani Khera, Near 40 Feet Road, Delhi in the name of Bhagya Vihar. and decide the same by way of a speaking order within four weeks thereafter.

Learned counsel for the respondent is present on advance notice. It is submitted that a reasoned order has been passed on the representation of the petitioner vide order dated 05.08.2024. It is also pointed out that the reasoned order has since also been approved in the 139th meeting of the Special Task Force (STF) which was convened on 18.10.2024. Learned counsel for the petitioner is aggrieved. 7.

The documents which have been submitted today by the learned counsel for the DDA be digitized and placed on record. 8.

Be that as it may, since the speaking order has been passed on the petitioner‟s representation, the present petition is disposed of with liberty to the petitioner to file appropriate proceedings against the speaking order in accordance with the law.
