This application is filed on behalf of the Petitioner seeking condonation of delay of 28 days in re-filing the petition. 2.

Ms. Revathy Raghavan, learned counsel accepts notice on behalf of the Respondents.

For the reasons stated in the application, the same is allowed. Delay of 28 days in re-filing the petition stands condoned. 5.

extension of mandate of the learned Arbitral Tribunal by a period of 9 months.

Disputes having arisen between the parties in relation to a Contract Agreement dated 03.01.2017, a three-member Arbitral Tribunal was constituted on 10.06.2023. Mandate of the Arbitral Tribunal has expired on 06.07.2025. It is stated that arbitral proceedings are at the stage of final arguments.

Ms. Revathy Raghavan, learned counsel accepts notice on behalf of the Respondents and on instructions, submits that Respondents have no objection to the extension of mandate of the Arbitral Tribunal. 10.

Accordingly, with the consent of the parties, mandate of the learned Arbitral Tribunal is extended by 9 months from 24.09.2025 and period between 07.07.2025 to 23.09.2025 is regularized. 11.

Petition is allowed and disposed of in the aforesaid terms.
