The present petition has been filed under Section 29A(4) and 29A(5) of the Arbitration and Conciliation Act, 1996 seeking extension of the mandate of the Arbitral Tribunal for a further period of eight months. 2.

Counsel appearing on behalf of the respondent supports the case of the petitioner.

Counsel for the parties jointly submit that the matter is at the stage of final arguments and the mandate of the Arbitral Tribunal is to expire on 5th October, 2025.

Accordingly, the mandate of the Arbitral Tribunal is extended for a period of eight (8) months from the aforesaid date. 5.

The petition stands disposed of.
