By way of present petition, the petitioner seeks quashing of FIR No.74/2016 registered under Sections 323/451 IPC at P.S. Vasant Kunj North, New Delhi and all the consequential proceedings arising therefrom. 2.
Learned counsel for the petitioner has referred to the order dated 21.09.2024 passed by the learned JMFC-02, Patiala House Courts, New Delhi, whereby, considering the no objection given on behalf of the respondent No.2, the offence under Section 323/34 IPC was compounded. 3.
The instant petition has been filed in relation to the remaining offence under Section 451 IPC. The respondent No.2 has joined the proceedings through VC and is identified by the I.O.. She states that since she has received a letter of apology from the petitioner, she has no objection to the quashing of the aforesaid FIR.

In view of the above, the petition is allowed and the FIR No.74/2016 registered at P.S. Vasant Kunj North, New Delhi and all the consequential proceedings arising therefrom are hereby quashed. 5.
