Learned counsel for the petitioner does not want to press the present bail application at this stage, and states that some directions may be issued to the learned Trial Court for expeditious trial. 2.
This Court take note of the fact that the matter has been adjourned repeatedly on various dates by the learned Trial Court. The learned Trial Court is granting adjournments often for about three to four months. It is also noted that no witness has been examined in this case till date. Though, the accused is in judicial custody since three years. 3.
Considering the facts of the present case, this Court directs the learned Trial Court to ensure that short dates are given in the present case and the matter is expeditiously disposed of. learned Trial Court. The Investigating Officer concerned and APP for the State will ensure their presence before the learned Trial Court. 4.
The learned Trial Court will also prepone the date of hearing since on last several dates, the witnesses present were discharged on one ground or another and the matter be preponed in the December, 2025 and the witnesses be examined accordingly.
