An additional affidavit dated 09th January, 2026 has been filed on behalf of the petitioner, wherein, it is stated that conciliation proceedings are going on between the parties and that the parties are trying to resolve their disputes by way of such conciliation process. 2.

Learned counsel appearing for the respondent-National Highway Authority of India ("NHAI") confirms the aforesaid facts and submits that conciliation proceedings are going on between the parties. Considering the submissions made before this Court and the fact that conciliation proceedings are going on between the parties, this Court is of the view that no fruitful purpose would served in keeping the present petition pending. The petitioner can revive the petition, in case the conciliation process between the parties is not successful. 4.

Accordingly, the present petition is disposed of, with liberty to the petitioner to revive the same, in case the conciliation process fails.
