% 09.01.2019 Case received from the Court of Sh.Vijay Shankar (DHJS), Joint Registrar (Judicial) as he is on leave today. Despite opportunity given, no fresh affidavit of admission/denial in terms of previous order filed on behalf of the parties.

Affidavit of admission/denial on behalf of the plaintiff in respect of the documents filed by defendant no.1 and affidavit of admission/denial on behalf of defendant no.1 in respect to the documents filed by the plaintiff are already on record. It is further submitted that the replication has also been filed, which is not on record. Plaintiff is seeking 7 day's more time for placing the same on record.

Plaintiff to place on record replication positively before the next date of hearing.
