This petition has been filed seeking quashing of charge-sheet in FIR No.301/2021 registered at Police Station Shahabad Dairy under Sections 323/325/354/376/509/34 IPC.

It is noted that charge-sheet was filed on 13th October 2021 and this petition has been moved after 3 yeas of filing of charge-sheet. 3.

Besides, the APP informs that charges have already been framed and prosecution evidence has already commenced.

In this view of the matter, this Court finds no reason to entertain this petition.

The petition is accordingly dismissed along with the pending applications.
