A Writ Petition under Article 226 Constitution of India read with Section 528 of Bhartiya Nagrik Suraksha Sanhita, 2023 has been filed on behalf of the Petitioner seeking directions to be issued to Respondent No.1 and 2 to provide protection to the life of the Petitioners. 4.

It is submitted in the Writ Petition that the parties got married on 06.03.2025 at Aligarh, Uttar Pradesh according to Hindu customs and rites against the wishes of the family of Petitioner No.1. They are receiving threats and there is a danger to their and hence have sought protection. 5.
