Perusal of office note indicates that on order dated 23.10.2024, the matter has already been disposed of and inadvertently, FIR No. 250/2012 is recorded instead of FIR No.350/2012 in paragraph No.1, 4 and 9 of the impugned order.

It seems that it is an inadvertent typographical error. Let FIR No.250/2012 be read as FIR No.350/2012 in order dated 23.10.2024.
