A Writ Petition under Article 226 of the Constitution of India has been filed on behalf of the petitioner seeking following prayer: "1.

Issue a writ of Mandamus or other suitable writ, order or direction in he like nature to the respondent to direct any central agency or alternatively to Delhi Police for investigation to investigate into the illegal activities carried out by Respondent No.4 since it involves the investigation into the various anti national activities done by the Respondent No.4 and is trying to annihilate the petitioner's son and maliciously prosecute the innocent family members of the petitioner.

2. Issue directions to Respondent No.3 to handover the investigations pertaining to FIR 30/2010 to any independent central agency alternatively to Delhi Police The authenticity of the order can be re-verified from Delhi High Court Order Portal by scanning the QR code shown above. as it involves multiple jurisdictions including Delhi were the registered office of the Respondent No.4 is located and the alleged acts spread across various states, and countries and internet.

3. Issue a writ of prohibition or any other order or direction restraining the Punjab Police from taking any further step in respect of the complaint lodged by Respondent No.4 resulting in an FIR 30/2010.

4. Issue any other appropriate Writ, Order or Direction, which this Hon'ble Court may deem just and proper, keeping in view the peculiar facts and circumstances of the present case."

The Status Report has been filed on behalf of respondent No.2/ED, wherein it has been submitted that on 01.12.2020 FIR No.RC0742020E0008 by Bank Security & Fraud Branch, CBI, Delhi against M/s Jay Polychem India Ltd., Mr. Satinder Singh Madhok, Managing Director, M.r Sandeep Singh Madhok, Managing Director, M/s Jaspark Speciality Chemical Pvt. Ltd. And unknown public servants and private persons under Sections 120B read with 420, 467, 468, 471 of IPC and Section 13(2) read with 13(1) (d) of Prevention of Corruption Act, 1988.

The investigations have been carried out and the prosecution complaint already stands field in the Court where they have been pending prosecution.

Learned counsel for the petitioner submits that with liberty to raise the submission before the learned Trial Court, the petition be disposed of in the light of the Status Report.

The petition is accordingly disposed of with liberty as prayed for.
