This petition has been filed seeking quashing of FIR No.78/2019 under section 323/325/354/506/34 of IPC registered at the PS Inderpuri basis settlement dated 27th March 2021 which is on record of this Court. 2.

Petitioner no.1 and 2 are present in the Court, while respondent no.2 is present through VC; all of them are duly identified by IO. 3.

Respondent no.2 states that she has no objection to quashing of the FIR on the basis of settlement, except that she states that she still continues to be harassed by petitioners.

Both the petitioners undertake that they shall not indulge in any such act in future. Their undertaking is taken on record. 5.

Considering the above settlement between the parties and the chances of conviction of the petitioners being remote and bleak, there is no use continuing with proceedings of the present FIR as it would be a misuse of The authenticity of the order can be re-verified from Delhi High Court Order Portal by scanning the QR code shown above. the process of the Court and an unnecessary burden on the State exchequer. Accordingly, the petition is allowed. Consequently, the FIR No.78/2019 under section 323/325/354/506/34 of IPC registered at the PS Inderpuri Delhi and proceedings emanating therefrom are quashed in view of settlement and undertaking given by the petitioners. 6.

Parties shall abide by the terms of settlement. 7.

Accordingly, the petition is disposed of. Pending application is disposed of as infructuous.
