The present petitions have been filed under Article 226 of Constitution of India, thereby seeking following reliefs:
a) Issue a writ in the nature of Habeas Corpus or any other appropriate writ, order or direction declaring the arrest and subsequent remand of the Petitioner as illegal, unconstitutional, and void ab initio;

b) Direct the Respondents to forthwith release the Petitioner from custody;
c) Direct the Respondents to pay exemplary compensation to the Petitioner for his illegal arrest, unlawful detention, and violation of his fundamental rights under Articles 21 and 22 of the Constitution of India; 2.
After arguing for some time, the learned counsel for the petitioners, without prejudice to his rights and contentions seeks permission to withdraw the present petitions with liberty to take recourse to other remedies, as available under law.

Permission and liberty, as prayed for, in accordance with law, is granted.

Learned Standing Counsel assures that State shall provide requisite assistance to the learned Trial Court, in case any such proceedings are initiated before learned Trial Court.

The petitions are dismissed as withdrawn in aforesaid terms.
