This petition has been filed seeking quashing of FIR No.427/2022 registered under Sections 323/341/506/34 IPC at PS KNK Marg basis settlement arrived at between the parties dated 6th October 2024, which is on record of this Court.

Petitioner nos. 1 and 2 and complainant / respondent no.2 are present in Court and are duly identified by IO and their respective counsels and state they have amicably settled their disputes.
Respondent no.2/complainant states that he has no objection to quashing of the FIR. 3.
Considering the above settlement between the parties and the chances of conviction of the petitioners being remote and bleak, there is no use continuing with proceedings of these FIRs as it would be a misuse of the process of the Court and an unnecessary burden on the State exchequer.
