This is an application under Section 482 Cr.P.C, 1973/ 528 BNSS seeking modification/correction of order dated 23.10.2024 passed by the Ld. Predecessor Bench.

Petitioner had filed Crl.M.C 8410/2024 for quashing the FIR No. 301/2016 under Section 406/498A/377/354/354A/506/34, registered at Police Station Roop Nagar. However, para 11 of the order dated 23.10.2023 wrongly recorded the FIR No. as 0542/2021 dated 17.12.2021 under Section The authenticity of the order can be re-verified from Delhi High Court Order Portal by scanning the QR code shown above. 498A/406/34 IPC PS Jamia Nagar where as the correct FIR No. was 301/2016 dated 01.09.2016 registered under Sections 406/498A/377/354/354A/506/34 IPC at PS Roop Nagar. The same is apparently a typographical mistake.

The application is, therefore, allowed with the aforesaid correction. 4.

The necessary correction be read in para no. 11 of the order dated 23.10.2024.
