The Applicant had earlier filed a bail application which was dismissed as withdrawn by order dated 10th July, 2025, passed by this Court in BAIL APPLN. 2483/2025 in the following terms:- "1. After making some submissions, counsel for Applicant states that he would like to withdraw the present application and seeks liberty to apply at a later stage before the Trial Court if there is any material change in circumstances.

2.Dismissed as withdrawn with liberty as aforesaid along with pending application."

Despite the aforesaid liberty given to the Applicant to apply before the Trial Court in case of any material change in circumstances, the Applicant has instead filed a fresh bail application before this Court. On a specific query of the Court regarding the maintainability of the present bail, counsel for the Applicant submits that the counsel appearing at that time, The authenticity of the order can be re-verified from Delhi High Court Order Portal by scanning the QR code shown above. Considering the above and since question of personal liberty is involved, the Court has heard the counsel for the Applicant, notwithstanding the issue of maintainability.

After making some submissions, Mr. Ankaj Giri, counsel for the Applicant states that he would like to withdraw the present petition and avail the liberty as already given by this Court vide order dated 10th July, 2025. 5.

Dismissed as withdrawn, with liberty as already noted in the order dated 10th July, 2025.

It must be categorically observed that this Court has heard arguments from both sides at considerable length, before the request for withdrawal was made. Nonetheless, no opinion on merits of the case is expressed.
