Application under Section 528 of the Bharatiya Nagarik Suraksha Sanhita, 2023 (hereinafter referred to as 'B.N.S.S.') has been filed on behalf of the Petitioner, Sushila for withdrawal of the accompanying Bail Application bearing BAIL APPLN. 3712/2025.

In view of the averments made in the Application and in the interest of justice, the Application is allowed and disposed of accordingly. BAIL APPLN. 3712/2025 3.
First Bail Application under Section 483 of B.N.S.S. (Section 439 of the Code of Criminal Procedure, 1973) has been filed on behalf of the Petitioner for grant of Regular Bail in FIR No. 541/2025 under Section 33 of the Delhi Excise Act, 2009 and Section 112 of the Bharatiya Nyaya Sanhita, 2023, registered at Police Station Sarai Rohilla. 4.
