Admittedly, the order which is sought to be executed in the instant execution petition came to be modified in terms of the judgment dated 17.01.2025, passed by this Court in CS (OS) 166/2024. 2.

The instant execution petition, however, seems to be filed seeking the directions passed in the Final Order/Judgment dated 23.04.2024 in CS (OS) 166/2024.

Upon perusing the aforesaid judgments, the Court is of the considered opinion that if the parties have any grievance with respect to noncompliance with the said modified judgment dated 17.01.2025, they are at liberty to take up fresh execution proceedings in accordance with law. 4.
