% 05.02.2019 Learned standing counsel for the respondent states that the directions in the W.P. (C) No.6158/2017 were issued by this court on 20.07.2017 in order to ensure the compliance of the order dated 31.10.1996 issued by the court of learned Additional District Judge in Civil Suit No.175/1995. He has placed a copy of the judgment dated 22.01.2019 by which the suit of the petitioner/plaintiff was dismissed by the Court of learned Senior Civil Judge, Saket Courts, New Delhi and the interim order dated 31.10.1996 was vacated.

In the circumstances, nothing survives in this petition. The petition, along with applications being C.M. No.40770/2018 & C.M. No.42451/2018, is disposed of accordingly.
