Application under Section 483 of the Bhartiya Nagrik Suraksha Sanhita, 2023 ("BNSS") has been filed on behalf of the Applicant for grant of Regular Bail in FIR No.0228/2019 under Sections 3/10/13/17/18/20/21 of UAPA, 1967, registered at PS: Special Cell (SB), Delhi. Also, an Application under Section 483 read with Section 528 of BNSS has been filed for grant of Ad-interim Ex-parte Interim Bail to the Applicant. 2.

After some submissions, learned counsel for the Applicant seeks permission to withdraw the Regular Bail Application, with liberty to approach the appropriate forum, as available under the Law. 3.

Accordingly, the Regular Bail Application along with pending Applications is dismissed as withdrawn, with liberty as prayed for. NEENA BANSAL KRISHNA, J.
