In view of the Notification bearing No. 77/I-G-4/Gen1.-I/DHC dated 26th May, 2026, the present matter is taken up today, i.e., 29th May, 2026. 3.

Learned Counsels for the parties submit that the matter has been settled between the parties vide Settlement Agreement dated 25th May, 2026. 4.

In terms of the said settlement, possession of the suit premises has been handed over to the respondent/landlord.

Learned Counsel for the petitioners submits that, in view of the settlement arrived at between the parties, the present petition has become infructuous and may be disposed of as withdrawn. 6.

Accordingly, the present petition is disposed of as withdrawn along with pending applications, if any.
