% 27.11.2017 CA No. 1581/2017 The learned counsel for the parties have submitted that the matter has been settled and a compromise deed dated 25.08.2017 has been entered into between the parties.

As per the settlement-cum-compromise deed dated 25.08.2017, last cheque for a sum of Rs.7 lacs dated 25.11.2017 was deposited in the court by the respondent today.

The learned counsel for the respondent assures that the said cheque will be cleared. The application is allowed.

CO.PET. 259/2012 In view of the order passed today in CA No.1581/2017, the present petition is dismissed as withdrawn.
