The present petition under Sections 10 and 12 of the Contempt of Courts Act, 1971 read with Article 21 of the Constitution of India seeks the following prayers:

<(i) Initiate contempt proceedings against the Respondents for deliberate and wilful non-compliance of the order dated 28.03.2025 passed in the W.P.(C) 4556/2023 (ii) Pass an order/direction directing the respondents/contemnors to implement the order of this Hon'ble Court dated 28.03.2025 Passed in the W.P.(C) bearing number 4556/2023 (iii) Pass any other order in the interest of justice.= 3.

Learned counsel appearing on behalf of the respondents submits that the judgment dated 28.03.2025 in W.P.(C) 4556/2023 has been complied with.
