The present petition has been filed by the petitioner seeking the following prayer/s:- (i) Thereby directing the Respondent No.1 and 2 to give direction to the Expert of Medical Team for examining the Petitioner at his residence and to issue a Health Certificate/ Disability Certificate keeping the Serious health condition of the Petitioner/ Patient.

Pursuant to the directions contained in the order dated 23.01.2025, the medical examination of the petitioner has been conducted by a Medical Board constituted by the Safdarjung Hospital. 5.
The opinion of the Medical Board has been submitted to this Court. 6.
The concerned Hospital (Safdarjung Hospital) is requested to issue the requisite health/ disability certificate of the petitioner taking into account the health condition of the petitioner, as assessed by the duly constituted The authenticity of the order can be re-verified from Delhi High Court Order Portal by scanning the QR code shown above.
