This is a petition for quashing of FIR no. 0061/2025 under Sections 117(2)/352 BNS, 2023, PS Janakpuri with all the consequential proceedings arising from the said FIR.

Ms. Aishwarya Dobhal, Ld. Counsel who appears for the petitioner submits that matter has been amicably settled with respondent no. 2 but he is not co-operating and has backed out from the settlement. She further submits that FIR was registered on 24.01.2025 but till date charge sheet has not been filed.
