Having heard learned counsel appearing for the petitioner, the Court is of the considered opinion that the nature of the relief sought in the instant petition may not be amenable at the instance of the petitioner, who seems to be agitating her personal grievance against the School. Admittedly, the petitioner was the teacher in the respondent-School where the incident allegedly had occurred.

The inquiry report which is sought to be interfered with, relates to the incident qua one of the students.

Any interference at the instance of the petitioner with respect to the incident which relates to the students may not be required to be adjudicated in proceedings under Article 226 of the Constitution of India. his parents are not the party herein.

Accordingly, leaving all questions raised herein open, the Court dismisses the instant petition.

The petitioner, however, who is an expelled teacher from the respondent-School shall be at liberty to take all the grounds in her proceedings before appropriate Forum/Court.
