The present petition has been filed by the petitioner seeking quashing of Look Out Circular (LOC) issued against him by the respondent no.4 i.e., the Directorate of Revenue Intelligence (DRI), Delhi Zonal Unit. 2.

During the course of hearing, Mr. Anurag Ojha, learned standing counsel for the DRI confirms that the DRI has requested for cancellation of the LOC.

It further transpires that the Bureau of Immigration has confirmed that there is no LOC currently in place qua the petitioner. 4.

As such, the above effectively addresses the grievance raised by the petitioner in the present petition.
