this writ petition with liberty to approach the the Special Task Force ["STF"], constituted by the Supreme Court vide orders dated 24.04.2018 and 18.07.2018 in W.P.(C) 4677/1985 [M.C. Mehta vs Union of India & Ors.].

In the event, an application is made to the STF within a period of two weeks from today, the STF is requested to look into the matter as expeditiously as possible.

The writ petition is dismissed as withdrawn with liberty as aforesaid.
