Considering the above, the petitioner is granted third spell of furlough for a period of two weeks from 23.10.2024, on the same terms and conditions and on the strength of the same personal bond and sureties which were furnished by the petitioner on his release on second spell of furlough. 5.

The petitioner is directed to surrender on or before 07.11.2024.
